How to Claim Refund
- File claim with the Resolution Professional (RP) appointed by NCLT
- Submit all payment receipts and allotment letter
- Register on creditor list for your specific project
- Track proceedings at NCLT Allahabad bench
- Engage a RERA advocate if you haven't already
What Buyers Should Do Right Now
- Do NOT make any further payments
- Document all payments โ bank statements, receipts
- File complaint with UP RERA if not already done
- Join project-specific buyer associations for collective action
